Our Mission

Are you living with a  neurodegenerative disease/health condition? We can help.

Our mission is to assist people from across Otago to achieve their best possible quality of life, age healthily and feel connected.

We use both mobile physiotherapy services and community classes (in

evidence-based medicine and neuroactive exercises) to help create connections between the brain, body, individual, family and communities.

How? We encompass the four key elements of Hauora (wairua (spiritual), hinengaro (psychological) tinana (physical) and whānau (extended family).
